Today is May 7th, 2014. So far this week and in particular this month started with a lot of challenges. There was a carry over from last month in which I lost a job that could have made my financial situation better.
Then --- there is this lady that I am subleasing my apartment in Dallas to. For whatever reason, she does not know she has to pay her rent on time and on the due date. I have to remind her every month --- it is a tug of war, her name is Mary Anne Reese. This lady gives me so much grief with this sublease that I am thinking of asking her to vacate the apartment. Her rent is $860, the rent for the apartment plus storage space is $970. She is so much a distraction for me.
The reason I am subleasing to her; I came back to graduate school at Illinois Institute Of Technology to complete a MS degree program in Finance which I started a long time ago. I am in the exam week and all I can think of is this woman still has not paid her rent. So you can see how distracting she has become to me.
Today also --- I came to school to study but after I parked my car and headed for the library --- I discovered that my ID was missing and it had dropped along with a bus Chicago City bus pass Ventra. Traced back my steps look for it every where I had passed through --- still did not find it. Since one of my exams is tomorrow, I decided to go and get it replaced. It cost me $20 to replace the lost ID. Then I headed to the cafeteria because by this time it was getting to lunch time. As I got in the cafeteria area a middle age man who works at the school approached me and said --- "I found your ID and I gave it to the Information Office." I asked if he also found my bus pass, to which he said NO. At this time I had already replaced the ID. What a life, what a fate ... tbd
